    Didn't show up / didn't respond to calls and texts. Waste of time

    I booked 5 days in advance. On the day, the electrician didn't turn up and refused to answer my calls. Total waste of an afternoon

    Replacing lights and electrical sockets

    Absolutely brilliant professional. Explained the intricacies of the electrics in flat that was last required in the early 80s (think practises have perhaps improved since..!)
