Very disappointing experience. I booked a 3-hour deep cleaning service in December and paid £78 in advance as they said the payment was required to secure and block the slot. Unfortunately, no one ever turned up for the appointment. I then requested a refund, and even after almost three months, the money has still not been returned. This has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking with this company.
