From start to finish the whole experience of buying a new carpet was exceptional. The personable approach and advice to support me in making the choice of colour a Type of flooring was outstanding. Both the consultants were so patient and understanding of my needs and couldn’t do enough to manage my indecision and changing of mind. THEY WERE AMAZING The carpet fitters were prompt and professional and did an excellent job of laying the carpet. It looks wonderful. Friendly & professional from start to finish. I have used Milbank Carpets twice now and have been very pleased with the service and end result on both occasions. They are very approachable in the shop, even for the clueless & indecisive among us. Efficient & accommodating in arranging measurement/quote and fitting. The men who come to fit the carpets are hardworking and friendly. Even after carpet fitting I received a phone call with regards to the edging of the doormat being made for me so lots of attention to detail.
