Friendly & professional from start to finish. I have used Milbank Carpets twice now and have been very pleased with the service and end result on both occasions. They are very approachable in the shop, even for the clueless & indecisive among us. Efficient & accommodating in arranging measurement/quote and fitting. The men who come to fit the carpets are hardworking and friendly. Even after carpet fitting I received a phone call with regards to the edging of the doormat being made for me so lots of attention to detail.
