  Highly recommended

  We had a pitch roof on the kitchen extension replaced and the low ceiling changed to a vaulted one following pitch of the roof with a large velux. Lee was fantastic throughout. The work was well planned, professionally carried out, and to a high standard. I have recommended Lee to my friends and would not hesitate to use him again.

  Lee & his team removed a structural wall between our kitchen and our dining room, and also removed a chimney breast from the ground floor, installing steel beams as supports. Lee was great in talking us through how we could keep our costs down, he was offered several dates as to when work could begin, Lee was always on site, liased with building control & his team were great to have around. I even asked if Milee could help us replace a door with a window if there was time, and the team managed to fit that in before the project ended. Really pleased with the work and would def use Milee again.

  GARDEN HOUSE

  We had Lee and his team back again to build a garden house/animal enclosure, and once again they exceeded all expectations. From design to completion, everything was managed professionally and efficiently. The workmanship was outstanding, and the finished result is amazing. We’ve used Lee for many years and highly recommend him for his reliability, quality, and attention to detail.

  Flat Refurbishment

  Lee and his team were contracted to renovate my bathroom, install a new kitchen, as well as other refurbishment requirements. During this process, I was well informed as to the works progress with consultation on any extra requirements. The project costs were within budget expectations and from start to finish was within the 4wk timeframe set for completion. I can thoroughly recommend Lee and his team.

  Great builder - Highly recommend

  Lee was a fantastic builder, he removed a load bearing internal wall. Of several quotes his came in very reasonably and he was able to fit in the work on a timescale that suited us. He carried out all the quoted works and was able to fit in the other "odd jobs" around the house and some other bits as the project grew. All work was discussed clearly and he discussed what the finished product would look like. A very quick, clean and professional job. Will no doubt be using again, couldn't recommend more highly - have already recommended to several friends.

  extension re roofing

  we needed to replace the roof on our extension with one much more suitable including additional skylights - Lee came round multiple times to understand the full scope of the work and communicated brilliantly at all stages, including with our hired structural engineer really happy with the end result - would recommend
