    Replaced mailbox lock quickly and effectively

    The locksmith appeared on time, carried out the work to a great standard, despite my own botched attempt. Leaving me with a new functional, and better lock than was there before. It cost a little more than expected, but that was totally fine considering the way the job was completed. I hope not to need a locksmith again any time soon, but if I did, this company would be my first choice

    Highly recommended. Communications with Tim was excellent. He clearly takes pride in his service and work - eg his car inside and out were immaculately clean and fastidious. He effectively sorted our lock issue. The most professional lock-smith I have ever met.

    Excellent service, highly recommended. Tim arrived on time, he was friendly and very professional. He fitted a new door lock in double quick time and when I ordered extra spare keys they arrived within a few hours of the initial installation. Thanks.

    Expert help with a difficult job.

    Tim came out quickly to help us and we are so grateful to him for his professionalism and persistence. He managed to complete a very difficult job (getting a damaged pedal lock off) to get us out of a tricky situation. Thank you!

    Outstanding, reliable service

    Having a problem with a front door lock at 7pm on New Years Eve is hardly ideal but Tim responded promptly and professionally to resolve the issue within 90 minutes. Brilliant service and, given the day and time, a very fair call-out charge. Highly recommended.
