Ask for invoice and check everything before payment sent is my advice.

Early arrival and polite - expected to see the owner but he wasn't part of the team. Efficient packing and loading although I heard a bang with a minor break of a picture frame evident as the part fell out when packing but told I didn't see it happen and they were great as only tiny chip... There was a breakage - received some compensation (they lied initially about this); further breakage was hidden, with the owner puzzled as the team were 'honest' but never sent photos although sorted this. Other issues found after paying which frustrated me and the owner - no further compensation offered.

Response from Miller Move And Clear

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear of the issues following your move. Once these were brought to my attention, I personally dealt with your concerns, apologised and agreed a £100 reduction from the £800 balance as compensation, which was accepted. I also agreed to source replacement parts for the bed. I do, however, disagree with the suggestion that our team deliberately lied or hid damage. Your concerns regarding communication were taken seriously and discussed with the team. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally.

  Moving house

Miller’s Movers were incredible. They were a bit early, were so polite and kind, incredibly organised and amazing at Tetris (slotting all of my things into their van)!! They obviously knew what they were doing, and the pair of guys communicated so well with each other. Not a scratch on any walls or furniture. We offered them drink and snack breaks but they were so determined to get everything packed, they were very dedicated. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help!!

Miller Move and Clear did a great job!

I used Miller Move and Clear to move my furniture and belongings to a new home. The moving team was punctual, hard-working, anc respectful of the property and belongings. In the background there was Kassie. who ensured I was well informed throughout the entire process. Normally I find this period of time stressful, but Miller Move and Clear really made this much, much easier. Both physically and mentally! I totally recommend them for any moving job. They are fast efficient, and with great attitude!
