Had the Millpond Team in to replace a leaking roof. I have a flat roof so a pretty big job to replace the whole area, but it was completed on time by the team. Excellent workmanship. Very professional and courteous. Everything taken away and cleaned once finished as well. Definitely one I will book again.

Ollie acted promptly when I put the advert on check a trade website. His price was realistic both for replacement and for repair and advised me that the fences were good enough to reuse and Just concrete posts were required. The work was done almost immediately, very swiftly no interference with my working day from home. Initial quote was reasonable and provided quickly after initial assessment. Olly was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and quick to provide good proposals for areas I needed suggestions how to finish and what to use. Duration was longer than estimated due to weather affecting when things could be carried out but this was clearly explained and did not effect the price. The team were skilled, efficient, prompt and flexible with questions which became further requests and minor changes. Olly did not let me down at any stage and I was extremely happy with the level of finish and workmanship. Highly recommended!
