Loft Conversion
I would thoroughly recommend Millwright Ltd to undertake any building, electrical and plumbing work. Prior to the work being started Jas and Paul explained how they intended to complete the project and kept to the timescale for completion. They advised me on the type of lighting and bathroom accessories that would suit the loft and I was extremely pleased their recommendations. The work completed on the loft conversion was done to a very high standard and the workmanship faultless.They were reliable and professional and I have no hesitation in employing Millwright Ltd. Installation of boiler, megaflow and associated central heating system and electrical installation and commissioning work of a new building extension and upgrade wiring and consumer box of the existing house and install fire detection, emergency lighting and security CCTV systems to convert the property for HMO Licence.
Very professional, highest quality work, attention to details, giving regular work progress updates, very flexible to additions to original scope of work , made many suggestions to minimise future maintenance and utility usage costs. Provided detailed explanations for the suggested improvements with cost and benefit analysis. Friendly and very approachable with lots of patience and understanding. Completed work to given deadlines without cutting corners.
