  I couldn't recommend Tim and the team highly enough. As well as being very happy with the finished project, they were all a pleasure to work with and very fair throughout. Have had plenty of walkers by and neighbours ask for who did the work.

  Great garden room office / garage conversion

  Tim and his team did a fantastic job converting our oak-framed open garage into an amazing garden room office and store room on the side. We are really happy with the workmanship and with Tim's professionalism and expertise. Tim's no-nonsense approach and his flexibility were invaluable when we got things wrong or came up with new ideas. The build was completed fast, exactly on schedule. The standard of work is second to none and we would wholeheartedly recommend this great family-run team.

  Garage Conversion - from vague concept to awesome reality!

  After finding Tim and Milestones via CheckaTrade, Tim visited our house and viewed our dilapidated garage. Despite the fact we didn’t have any plans or sketches (and had just found a few photos on the internet of what we liked the look of) Tim took our vague concept and turned it into reality. Tim and his team were completely reliable, communicative and the quality of their workmanship outstanding. Tim also took the time to talk us through what he was doing and made sure we were satisfied with the build at every stage. Thanks again for your great work, Tim!

  Fabulous Garage Conversion

  We had a garage conversion to create a kitchen/dining room, a pantry, a utility room and a cosier lounge with fewer doors. Based on our initial design, Tim Ward at Milestones took care of everything from buildings regs, demolition, new building, electrical work, and installation of new flooring and kitchen. Tim also improved the design by concealing a structural beam we expected to be visible cross the ceiling of the kitchen (the local building control officer told us Tim was the King of Conversions!). We are thrilled with result which has added a real wow factor to our home.

  Absolutely excellent team!

  Milestones (Tim, Ben, and Jamie), have just completed our double garage conversion in addition to a double car port, in a Grade 2 listed house. They came very highly recommended, and deservedly so. From the outset, Tim was highly professional, friendly and obviously passionate about what his company does. He and his crew were simply superb throughout the build. Not only friendly, but highly professional and pro active. Tim made suggestions that we would have never considered, and they are all spectacular. Bottom line, the end result is nothing short of spectacular. Very Highly recommended.
