Andy from Minibuild was recommended by a friend who had also been very impressed with his work. He was friendly and efficient, and offered a couple of quotes to keep the work within our budget. Very punctual and keep us in the loop all the way throughout the work. He also kept an eye on contractors working on his behalf and ensured we were happy with their work.

Andy treated all the work he did for us as if he was working in his own home: not only in the care he took to do a great job and make sure we were happy, but also in the way he tidied up and minimised disruption. I'm really satisfied with all the work Andy did for us and the price we paid for it, and above all I can say that he's a thoroughly nice person. This makes an enormous difference when someone is working in your house for many weeks! I hope it'll be a while before we're doing work on this scale again, but Andy will be the only person on my list when we do!
