Beyond excellent. Thankfully didn't end up having to use Miracle Leak because the water company advised we have a faulty water meter, but the amount of time Barrie spent on the phone giving free advice does not make me hesitate to recommend/ use their services if there is ever a need.

If you’re looking for exceptional service then I can highly recommend MLD. Barrie was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Right from the initial phone call, it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Barrie kept us updated and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to perfection as the job wasn’t at all straight forward and he worked so hard, stayed late, even working into the dark, just to make sure everything was resolved. He sent us a visual download of all the work for our insurance company. His dedication and work ethic are truly amazing.

We recently had a leak under our house, so called Barrie from Miracle Leak Detection on the Wednesday and he came out on the Saturday. The leak was in an awkward place but Barrie detected the problem and spent all day sorting it out. The service was excellent and I have to say Barrie went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We got recommend to call upon Miracle leak to help out with a burst water mains pipe underneath the driveway and as a result of doing so we managed to have the issue resolved. Barrie and his colleague worked together to solve the issue and correct the driveway, very tidy and efficient workers would recommend them to help if you experience a similar situation.

We had a leak in the kitchen floor, under the underfloor. He kindly committed to help us the next day after calling and did excellent work Barrie agreed and did an excellent job by pin pointing the leak and stopped it, without exceeding the time and money. Surely recommend to others who need result oriented work.
