Mirand installed a manhole cover in my back garden. The manhole had been concreted and tiled over by two previous sets of builders, blocking access to the drain. Mirand arrived on time, completed the job to a professional standard at the agreed price and left the area clean and tidy. If you need groundworks done, I can thoroughly recommend Mirand.

The request for a trench to be dug was fulfilled quickly, with no fuss, good communication and the site was left very tidy.

Really happy with the whole experience and the quality of his work. We recently had Mirand round to lay a concrete base and dig an electrical cable trench before we have a garden office installed. All the way through he was incredibly friendly, communicative, professional and explained what he was doing along the way. The work was carried out to the highest standard - can't recommend him enough. We'll definitely be using him for more jobs in the future!

After foxes managed to burrow under the concrete base of our shed much of the adjoining edging to our path had collapsed and fallen in. After ensuring the area was no longer inhabited Mirand back filled the damaged area and then did an incredibly neat job reinstalling the previously laid path and edging. To ensure we didn’t experience a reoccurrence he than installed wire mesh around the shed below ground level below. Mirand is an honest and hard working trade who has a considerable skill set with anything to do with ground works.

Mirand did a great job, he was professional with very clear comms all the way through. The site was clean, and all work was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Mirand fitted some channel drainage for us, as well as repairing various brickwork and external render. He did a fantastic job - it looks outstanding, was very reasonably priced, and he was very friendly and accommodating for our additional requests and timing constraints. Very highly recommended!
