Excellent work, very helpful. Phil mended two old double glazed windows which were stuck shut and fitted a new locking mechanism.

Mis-defied initially showed interest in my job so I promptly messaged them and explained what was required . They said they could do the job and quoted me a price and a date and time . The day before this was confirmed so I was happy at this point that the job would be completed . However on the morning agreed there was no sign of them . I messaged to ask if they were still coming about an hour after the agreed time and got no response. Very disappointed that even if there was a problem they didn’t have the courtesy to inform me .

Managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule and install a cat flap to a garage door within a few days of being in contact. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Contacted this company who agreed to come and look at what was required, said yes can do and set a date. Arrived as agreed and completed the work. Also discussed extra work and returned to complete that as well. Great guy excellent work very good price. It’s so good to find a professional reliable person who knows his trade and who is reliable and who also likes his job.

Very happy with the cat flap installation, very professional, job looks good and neat finish would highly recommend.
