This young man was excellent at diagnosing and finding the root cause of a problem with 2 types of insects that had found their way inside my home. He was thorough and knowledgeable and personable. I have taken several of his business cards to hand out to friends, should they require his expertise.

James is a very personable , knowledgable and professional person . Initially he did a thorough survey of my house both inside and he also went into the loft ( the mice had mostly been see in the kitchen and TV room) . He then then laid out a clear plan of action which included 3 visits on the last visit he secured all possible rodent entry points on the outside of our house and as a result there are no mice to be seen , he did a great job. I highly recommend James
