Work was completed to a good standard however worker was over an hour late to both scheduled appointments.

The engineer was pleasant and worked well. I believe he did a good job - time will tell! The communication from the Company was exceptional. It was prompt and clear and I felt confident using them. They accommodated my needs for times they could do the job and they had a good turnaround time. They seemed very professional and I felt like I was an important customer.
