Job was done well, on time and tidied up afterwards

Ryan did a fantastic job was punctual, polite and professional. he kept the workplace scrupulously tidy and communicated regularly throughout the job.

I'm very impressed with the service provided by Mizzen. The work was completed to a high standard and for a fair price. Communication was great and I was fully informed as to what was happening. Would definitely use these guys again.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I agreed to a quoted price for a leaking toilet repair, but the invoice arrived 50% higher. After challenging this, I agreed to pay 20% above the original quote in line with their terms, yet the revised invoice still exceeded that amount. Worse, the same leak returned just 10 days later. Despite their terms stating they will rectify faulty repairs, they refused to return and then stopped responding. The result was no effective repair, significant unexpected costs, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.

They have just replaced our heating boiler. They did an extremely good job, were polite and friendly, finished it on time and with no mess. I would recommend them. Josh, James and Louie, the engineers who attended were competant and professional.

Responded promptly. Came as scheduled. Carried outwork efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards.
