Good job at a fair price
The work was carried out efficiently, on time and with a minimum of disruption and mess. The electrician was polite, helpful and even suggested an alternative solution to the problem which resulted in a reduction in the charge for the job. Excellent service from start to finish. Even before attending, he spent a lot of time giving helpful advice and explaining the possible causes of the fault. He was honest, professional and never suggested any unnecessary work or unreasonable charges. He carefully investigated the problem, explained everything clearly, and even reduced the original call-out charge as a goodwill gesture.
