  Extensive building work on large house with outbuilding built from scratch onto garage conversion

  This is the second house MJ Beresford have done extensive building works on for us. We were so impressed that first time, we went straight back to them. They are the epitome of professional and go above and beyond. Communication is top notch and nothing is too much trouble. The current project involved gutting the entire house and starting from scratch, knocking down an out building and re building and converting a double garage - big job! But no stress. I cannot recommend this company enough and they are the only builders I would ever use again.

  Bathroom fitting

  Tom fitted my new bathroom to an exceptional standard, he was very professional and my house was left tidy each evening after he finished for the day. He was reliable and met every deadline he’d set, ensuring it was ready for Christmas as promised. He discussed all options clearly with me when things couldn’t go 100% as we’d planned initially, ensuring it still followed my vision and was within my budget. I absolutely love it and would recommend him for any future jobs.

  Create new en-suite shower room

  One of the hardest decisions to make is to choose the right contractor and I am so pleased I got it right with M J Beresford Building Contractors. They were punctual, respectful and very tidy. Every day I received an update on progress and they were very good at completing the job on time. Mick and Tom are friendly, approachable and conscientious in their work. So pleased I trusted them to do the job.

  Kitchen diner renovation

  We had our kitchen and dining room converted which involved the dividing wall being knocked through and a new kitchen fitted. Mick and Tom were the perfect tradesmen and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Communication was great prior to them starting the work and throughout the entire job they were polite, professional and hard-working. The quality of their work is exceptional. They dealt with everything we threw at them brilliantly including having to work alongside two over-zealous border collies! We are so happy with our new kitchen, they have done such a fantastic job for us.

  Adaption and extension

  Disability wetroom adaptation and bedroom extension. We could not of asked for better from Mick and Tom, polite, punctual, perfectionists, excellent workmanship. These guys have enabled us to have a better quality of life for my husband. Would recommend 100%

  Wall removal and rebuild

  Tom was fantastic from start to finish. Arranging the quote was quick and he fitted the job in the diary as soon as he could. I can only praise Toms work and communication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend
