  Reliable & efficient

  Michael has done two plumbing jobs for me now and both times he has been completely reliable. He is quick to respond, turns up on time, and carries out the work efficiently but thoroughly. He is tidy and unfailingly polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him.

  Excellent bathroom renovation

  Michael and his team worked above and beyond, on the full renovation of my bathroom. They were committed from the first to the last day, in bringing their expertise & implementing building solutions to the highest standards. I really appreciate their energy, clear & professional communication and excellent work to create a beautiful bathroom that exceeded my expectations.   New bathroom refit

  Michael came to view my problematic bathroom. He gave me his expertise and sound advice which not only saved me a lot of money but problem solved. Within a week he had lifted the bathroom floor and retiled. Sorted the water flow and fitted new taps and shower, fan etc... He communicates well is clean tidy and respectful, all at a great price. Thankful to have found a great plumber for life.

  Efficient, fair price and great work

  Michael responded quickly and helpfully to my enquiry and was reassuring. He and Glen arrived promptly and punctually and worked efficiently and carefully. They diagnosed the issue quickly and set to work resolving it. They explained the work they were doing and why, keeping me informed and reassured. Glen even advised me on another unrelated job. They fixed the leak, prevented it occurring again and solved the problem perfectly. Very fair price, too. I was recommended MBS by a neighbour and would not hesitate to recommend them myself. Fabulous. Cannot express my gratitude more!

  Mega blickage

  Cannot praise this firm highly enough. Called out.Michael for blocked toilet. However it turned out to be a more serious issue with a long-standing blocked drain. As a woman living alone I tend to panic in situations like this. However, Michael was calm, competent and reassuring. He explained at all stages the ongoing work. I thoroughly recommend him and his firm for their professionalism.

  Excellent work

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience with Michael and his team. They installed a vanity unit with sink and toilet for me and went above and beyond to find a practical solution to get it built within a short timeframe. They were prompt, reliable, and even helped me with a few other issues around the property without hesitation. Polite, friendly, and extremely helpful – they got the job done to a high standard. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.
