We're in the process of completing a single storey extension, completed by Mick and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very start, the team were professional and friendly and the workmanship is of the highest quality, with fantastic attention to detail in both the structure and the finishing touches. The team kept the site tidy and safe at all times, and they were considerate of us living in the property during the build. We would have no hesitation in recommending MJB Renovations to anyone looking for reliable, skilled builders.

This is the second time we've used Mick and his crew. We had an old internal door frame and window replaced. There were a few tricky problems during the process of replacing the old door/window, which included concerns over the integrity of the lintel, but this was all solved by Mick and his team. Always on time and Mick is such an approachable guy and will always follow up your call. You would rather pay that little bit extra because you know that with MJB, the work will be completed on time to an excellent standard with a very hardworking team.Would highly recommend Mick and his team.

Mick and his team were a total pleasure to deal with right from the first phone call. They were friendly, reliable and incredibly tidy. Their workmanship was outstanding. Mick will be my first port of call for building work on the future.

I was looking to improve the insulation between a cold garage and the bedroom above and received several quotes, all offering different solutions. I chose Mick's solution as it was technically the best and represented good value. The work was completed to a programme that suited both of us, to a high quality and to the agreed price. All team members were punctual and courteous throughout. I am very pleased with the final product. I would not hesitate to contact Mick again when I need more work done to the house.

The ensuite renovation was not straight forward as the room needed some structural work, including a raised floor and a new vaulted ceiling. Mick, oversaw the creation of the new roof and ensured it met building requirements. Mick and his team paid real attention to detail during the installation of the new bathroom and everyone on site was very courteous and considerate throughout the refurbishment. A pleasure to work with. We are very pleased and proud of the new ensuite. Would highly recommend.

Mick and his team did a great job in redesigning the layout and renovating a very tired 20 year old bathroom. The plumbing needed some careful rearranging and the tiler had to be creative with the size of the floor tiles! We were consulted throughout, making sure the design was what we had in mind. We are very pleased with the end result.
