I had the work completed back in May and since then I have discovered a leak (there was no leak prior to works commencing). I have been trying to get in touch with these builders ever since!!! Phones don't get answered and no-one responds to the messages I have left (by phone and email).  I have since discovered that their address is a post box, they're not registered with the Federation of Builders and effectively the 5 year guarantee I have isn't worth a thing!!!!  These guys are cowboys!!!  Stay clear and run if you see them coming!
