    Complete roof hips and ridges pointed, clearing moss and guttering, chimney stack

    Stripped back both gable ends of roof replaced a sealed other roof work undertaken tiles etc.

    MJD have done work before for us. Very reliable, trustworthy. Everything is always explained clearly. Nothings a problem. Excellent service.

    Pblem with upstairs toilet overflow affecting flat roof. Pblem with guttering.

    Building a flat roof. Putting in skylights in the roof. Reboarding and plastering the ceiling under the flat roof. Inserting spotlights in rooms under the flat roof (bathroom and kitchen)

    The structure of the roof is dangerous as it wasn't sufficiently supported. Ceiling joists were not supported correctly. There was also a lack of support for the joists. Some joists didn't connect to other joists so there were gaps. Nails were sticking out. The incorrect insulation was used. Non IP65 spotlights were installed in the bathroom and over the shower. Poor finish to the outside of the roof and plaster inside
