External Garden Lighting
1) Thickness of external cable confirmed on quotation did match what was actually installed - customer not informed but identified, challenged by customer and then rectified with final price reduced. 2) Insufficient length of cable brought to site, part of install done with lesser quality cable to enable completion of circuit, customer not informed but identified, challenged by customer and was then rectified. 3) Time taken to issue paperwork (quote, invoice and certificates) and communications with customer needed considerable improvement.

Installation of nest cam outdoor, nest thermostat with heatlink, outdoor socket and an additional indoor socket.
Mark was professional and quick. Did a great job and has good knowledge of nest products.
