The customer requested an Electrical Installation Condition Report on a property in Kettering,
due to an administrative error we did indeed miss the first appointment, and apologised for this, making a new appointment, the inspection was duly carried out and the report
compiled. It is company policy not to release reports or certificates without prior payment.
The customer threatened us with legal action, when actually it was he who owed us monies.
After informing us of numerous European legal obligations and customer service regulations I guess his legal council advised him accordingly.
