Paul has come and changed my water mixer tap job was done very friendly and honest happy customer we will use them in future

They did a good job at repairing a high-level toilet leak. They were a few hours later than advised but did turn up on the day they said.

Mason came to my address to look at the shower door and possible leak problems. He didn't help just stood back. He mentioned seal it I said it's been done before. He didn't explain anything to me. I had taken lead on suggestion get a new door. He said he just wanted to be on holiday. I sent him pic of P shape door he said that will be ok do you want me to order it I said I would. When it arrived it was P shaped my bath curve it wouldn't fit I got another plumber, he couldn't believe it. I paid £270 plus struggle to return it cost £50 extra. He didn't care in any way and said he never said it!

Professional throughout, did work quickly at a very reasonable price.

Communication very good, easy to book appointment I could not send pictures but on explanation of problem I was given a reasonable quote and date. Very polite, work done efficiently and quickly, would definitely recommend 👍
