5 Star plus service, Conscientious and reliable worker.
An excellent recommendation from a friend introduced us to Mark. He has been consistently enthusiastic in his work and given clear quotations. At every stage of the work he has provided detailed explanations via whats app videoing his work as he goes along. He has been tidy clearing inevitable rubbish out of the way and taking it away at the end of the job. If he says he is coming he will always be there or text to keep us in touch with any change of plans. Felt roof fixed to a high standard
Mark fixed our felt roof (fixing a poor job by another roofer). He came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and suggested various solutions with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable, had great communication (regular updates as well as photos and videos to show each stage of the work) and totally transparent in his approach; no hidden charges and the work completed to a high standard. Repairs of old slate roof
We had issues highlighted by surveyor in an old slate roof. I contacted Mark. He responded quickly and came to check the job. He organised scaffolding. Mark sent videos each day of what he was doing and further problems he’d found. We followed his advice and roof now watertight. He did additional work on chimney, also replaced ridge tiles.
