Professional, Honest Service in a Stressful Situation
We had a leak in our roof and posted on Facebook for emergency help. Barry from MJK Roofing replied quickly and, with Arthur, came out the same morning to assess the roof and identify several issues. They were fully booked and could only fit us in the following week, which I accepted. With heavy rain forecast for the next few days and a sleepless night, I later found another roofer who could do the work the same day. After informing MJK Roofing, Arthur was very understanding and didn’t charge me, despite having bought materials.
