  Marco explained what needed to be done to replace flashing which had come completely come away on a small outbuilding roof. He also attached some guttering to a new water butt. Very happy with the work, an excellent and professional job done!

• Roof felt failed and leaking

  I called Marco on Wednesday, he came to look at problems on Thursday, actually went up and inspected roof to ascertain the problem ( unlike others who had called and didn’t even leave the ground, but came up with solutions). Marco explained what was wrong and exactly what he would do, gave a price, which was a third of what other quotes we’d been given. Friday morning Marco came, fixed the issues, cleaned up the area ( not a single piece of rubbish left behind). Job done. Had heavy rain last night and no leaking roof. Hooray!!! Highly recommend Marco.
