Michael came round to do a gas and safety check of my Worchester Boiler. He did a great job there. After a short time the boiler started making noise and it would appear that a catastrophic issue had occurred. He returned that day, made safe, then quoted for a new boiler and fitting. I cannot thank him enough, he kept me notified throughout the process, installed it and has made sure i was ok with regular texts and calls. He has been brilliant and i would recommend
