Michael carried out re-decorating of a bedroom (with an accent wall) following water ingress damage as well as laying new laminate flooring. In addition, a large wall was redecorated in an accent colour during March 2026. Everything completed to a very high standard and finish. Excellent attention to detail. Worked in a timely manner and mess kept to a minimum and everything cleaned up and left tidy at the end. Second time I have used Michael and work always very good.

I highly recommend Michael. He refitted my kitchen floor and was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and reliable, he arrived on time and explained everything clearly. The quality of the finish is outstanding, with great attention to detail and pride in his work. Michael kept the area clean, tidy and safe throughout and treated my home with real respect. He is professional, kind and hardworking, and a pleasure to have around. An all-round excellent tradesperson who I would happily use again and recommend without hesitation.

Michael and Ady came to replace my ceiling in the kitchen, the work was carried out to a high standard. Very considerate each day leaving the kitchen with as much useable space as possible. They painted the kitchen that also was done beautifully! I also had a new work top fitted and I am very pleased with it, it was a tricky one to do and it was done very well! Good communication, respectful and would 100% recommend them! Even my rescue dog who dislikes people loved them! Thanks guys will definitely be using you again!

Provides a good service, very approachable and able to negotiate changes to service spec. Worked well with the separate building company carrying out an extensive loft conversion and installing new staircase.

when I used MJL I was very happy with the communication, the painting they did was to high standard, they were the cleanest painters I have ever used. very friendly and accommodating with little extra requests. I'm very happy with the result I can definitely recommend them for any painting you need done.
