  Mark responded quickly to my enquiry and fixed a time to visit. He explained the work to be done and provided a written quote as we discussed. The team arrived on time and completed all work as quoted. They were friendly and courteous and made sure I was happy with the work. They also carried out a check of the whole roof before leaving. • Chimney repointing

  My house is an old property with extensions making accessing the roof difficult. I’d had a few roofers look at the job and knock it back or quote extortionate price. Contacted MJL roofing and they came promptly and quoted a real fair price. 3 lads came on the day and were excellent. Job done, no mess and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on them again for further work as and when.

• Ridge tile repairs and pointing

  All ridge tiles fully pointed - now look brand new. Some pointing at front and on garage, a couple of replacement tiles provided at front and back of house - needed painting, I had paint but they did it for me before fitting. All mess cleaned up and taken away. Would definitely use again, they were recommended to me and I would certainly recommend to others! Thanks

  We've used MJL a couple of times, this time for a chimney pot and pointing repair, previously for some slate roofing repairs and both times they have been excellent. From quoting for the work, the lads turning up on time and cracking on with the work and leaving everything tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!
