  Malcolm was brilliant, he accepted the job and completed within 24 hours. He sorted one job and managed to resolve another previously undetected issue quickly and carefully. He explained everything in great detail and offered a reasonable charge for the work. Would definitely recommend.

  Malcom is a very friendly professional plumber. Very prompt replies to my queries, arrived at the arranged time. Completed the task with efficiency & explained what he had replaced. Took the old tap & waste away to recycle. Totally recommend 🌟

  Bathroom sink plug

  Malcolm came within 24 hours of my contact. My bathroom sink plug broke and the plug was stuck inside so couldn't use. He was fantastic as has been before and supplied and fixed it. This wasn't an easy job either from what I saw, so very grateful 🙏 thank you loads.

  Bathroom basin drain pipe replacement

  The drain pipe under the bathroom basin was leaky and clogged and needed replacing. Malcom answered my call straight away and booked me in the following week. He arrived slightly earlier than agreed, did a stellar job at stripping away the tape and gypsum the previous owners had haphazardly used to (unsuccessfully) fix the leak and replaced the trap in no time at all. He went above and beyond and also applied sealant to secure the basin to the wall. And still charged me less than the original quote. Impeccable professionalism and lovely character - highly recommended!

  Blocked Toilet

  Malcom is a star! Came out to me within an hour. Did a very professional job. Very helpful and extremely polite. Cost very reasonable. Cannot express my gratitude enough. Highly recommended!! Thank you once again Malcom.
