  From initial contact Simon communicated well and fit-in with my schedule. His quote was well below that of others that looked at the job and in the main, stuck with the original estimate with only a slight change due to unforeseen obstacles (which were minor and were not unreasonable). The work took an additional day due to the aforementioned obstacles (the building structure not being in good condition), but Simon persevered and got the work completed to a high quality and tidied up as he went along. I’d highly recommend Simon and will most likely be asking him again for future jobs.
