    Having heard the lady Manager from MJ Ryder Knaresborogh speak to a long standing customer and say the service man was ‘the sweetest kindness man’ when he was so rude. Tried to overcharge Never use this company

    New Gas Line Installed

    We received a quote for work to be done, and the quote very clearly stated that our gas stove was to be connected at a later date after new piping and fittings were installed. We paid in full, however, upon requesting that a gas technician come and finish the work, we were told we needed another quote for this. (If possible I will attach the quote and email response) This is unacceptable. I feel that not only were we lied to, but there was absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation. As a service engineer myself, I would never do this to a customer and I will not be recommending them to an

    Boiler repair

    My boiler pilot light went out and we could not re-ignite it. MJ Ryder has brilliant customer service and came to my property very quickly as I had no heating or hot water and I am 88. Due to the age of my boiler I am now having it replaced to a new combi-boiler in January 2024, MJ Ryder will be carrying out these works.
