From the initial meeting with the company (Martin), the communication was great. Messages with Natalie were so friendly and felt very helpful in getting my issues sorted. The work was carried out but James and two other employees, who were all very polite and friendly. They completed the job very quickly and hopefully will last!

Overall, the work was carried out, as far as I can tell, perfectly. The team was friendly and hard-working. As I fully expected, a great deal of dust was generated, and I am still working to remove this. The final part of the agreed work, the re-installation of some mahogany bookcases was completed by another workman, not of the company, but in the face of some difficult realignment (caused by the changed shape of the alcoves in which they sit), he, too did a thoroughly good job. I have already recommended MJS to friends who also have had some damp problems,
