  • Remodel of existing rear extension

    Mark and his team remodelled a downstairs extension which included new steels, moving windows, extending door opening, installing new kitchen and new internal walls. His team have worked with him a long time which is obvious to see as they are all really nice guys, reliable and honest. If something doesn’t quite go to plan you are kept informed, and any problem is promptly resolved. Mark also arranged for me to go and see another of his clients recently finished build, which was similar to what I wanted. That provided comfort knowing I had chosen the right company. Would definitely recommend.

They have shown quality workmanship and expert advice whenever we have encountered an unexpected obstacle giving me peace of mind. This has not been an easy project but we have hit every milestone we pre-agreed until completion. I want to thank Mark and his team for their efforts and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any kind of building work you may be considering getting done.

    Mark and his team were so easy to work with and so efficient from the first meeting to even look at the existing plan along with the new plans. The rip out was done within the first week and works started imminently. House was planned to a high spec with some difficult works ahead. Nothing was too much to ask and Mark had no issues with changes and additions along the with also helping with ideas along the way. He had a full team of trades who all worked to a great standard and were super tidy and efficient. Thanks guys

    Mark and his team have done a wonderful job on our extension. I can’t fault it!… exactly how we wanted it! Through out the process mark has been great. It’s been a challenging build with a few unforeseen problems but mark and the gang overcome these things with no stresses. Highly recommend mark and the gang!

Company info

 

The owner of the company started work as a builder back in 1994. He is a bricklayer by trade and started originally with his father (the founder) who was a local builder for over 40 years. Together they professionally helped people to build and renovate their homes to meet high standards. As the business developed, they had a small team of professional tradesmen working with them. The business was purely based on word of mouth only. Sadly in 2013, the farther died suddenly. He has since  successfully carried the business on to make his father proud. 

The company has been built on a foundation of traditional skills, knowledge and experience.

 

Over the years, we have developed a good working relationship with building control departments. He also works closely with several local authorities.

 

One of the biggest issues that we found when people are having a extension on their property, is the

steels are getting bigger and bigger. Over the past five years, we have started to invest in equipment to deal with this. me and the team do enjoy a good challenge and found one that has beaten us yet.

 

We have installed several hundred different types of beams over the county in the past 30 years. Whether it is for the general public or other construction companies we have installed them with ease.

 

This takes a lot of stress away from our customers.

 

We measure, supply and install all types of structural steel.
