Double storey wrap around extension
Professional and well priced. Did exactly as asked and surmounted issues as they arose such as an unknown sewer. Mark and his team just got on and did the required work.

Rear house extension
Very friendly service, Mark and his team were very easy to work with and solutions were found for all the small problems along the way. The overall finish is great and we would recommend their service to anyone wanting to extend or change their property

Two-storey side extension with fitted utility room and a wet room.
Mark came recommended by a friend. He wasn't the cheapest quote, nor was he the most expensive but we felt we trusted him most and left us confident in his ability to complete the work to the highest of standards. He kept us informed throughout and shouldered all the responsibility when things inevitably didn't go perfectly to plan during the build. My wife and I are thrilled with the end result; it was worth every penny employing Mark and his team on the job.

Side Extension - replace Odd Garage.
Really Happy with the work carried out - Building inspector insisted the additional groundwork due to close proximity of a tree to extension, posed no problems to Mark and his friendly team and still came in on budget. Would definitely recommend.

Second storey extension (2 bedrooms/bathroom), reconfiguration of kitchen, removal of downstairs bathroom and other internal alternations.
This is our 3rd renovation and wished we had come across Mark and his team earlier. His communication was excellent, always on hand to answer queries and offer suggestions/give advice. We had complete confidence in the ability of him, his team and contractors, all of whom were polite, courteous and as tidy as they could be. This made a huge difference to us and our young family. We expected 'glitches' (house is 1920's), however these were minimal and Mark, with his methodical approach, found solutions without fuss. Mark is easy to work with, has high standards and is reliable. Hope to work with him again.
