Mark did a good job, was prompt, friendly and polite. He kept me informed about what he was doing and patiently answered all my questions. I would recommend him with no reservations.

I called Mark on Monday regarding my faulty shower. He said he would call in next morning to have a look on his way to another job. He arrived right on time. He suggested that as the shower was old, it would be best to replace it with a more up to date one. He called the next day (Wednesday) to say he could fit the replacement in between jobs, first thing in the morning and quoted a price which I was happy with. Mark explained everything and showed me a potential problem, which he managed to overcome. I will definitely use Mark for my full bathroom refurbishment.

Mark was an exemplary workman. He gave a very reasonable quote for the job, turned up on time and with no fuss or bother carried out the work efficiently and cleanly to our complete satisfaction. Thoroughly recommended

Posted a job on Checkatrade and within 5mins Mark had called. He was in the area on another job and was able to come over within 10 minutes. He looked at the issue, went off and got the relevant part and was back and the leak fixed within half an hour. Excellent service. Thanks Mark 😀
