From day one, Mike delivered outstanding service. Communication was clear, reliable, and consistent, and every single person involved in our new bathroom that included building work too worked to an exceptional standard — even in the heatwave. The finished bathroom is stunning, and “delighted” doesn’t begin to cover it. I’d recommend Mike and his team for any bathroom or home project. Huge shout‑out to Charlie the tiler for his brilliant work too. These will be the only tradesmen I’ll use in the future.
