  old kitchen taken out, flooring throughout the downstairs, new kitchen installation, raised window.

  Modestas was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. he has several different crews working for him and they often worked over weekends to help progress the work. every one of them was hardworking and respectful.

  Install staircase to loft and create room/walls to building spec

  Modestas and his team have been absolutely brilliant in doing the work. From the original conversation to a fully useable loft room the team have been great. Communication has been fantastic and help with building control key to the project. Highly recommend and have already discussed the next projects

  Flat roof from felt to glass fibre, hole for lantern window, boarding, plastering and electrics

  Extension to the rear of my house

  Very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend MK &Sons. They did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and giving me advice while working in horrible rainy conditions. My extension is beautiful and I am happy to rate thier reliability and trustworthy as excellent . All the guys were polite and helpful.
