We had moved from a new property to a property built in 1790, which had a wet wall. MK Damp and Timber can over, to check and quickly found out why this was happening. The route cause was modern materials had been used to plaster over an old wall and it could not breath. Does this sound familiar to anyone? The work was undertaking very quickly, the room was covered to protect from dust etc and the plaster was removed back to bare brick, the wall was then treated using the correct materials and the plaster put back. The wall is 7m long, all the work was carried out in 2 days. Very satisfied!

I had M K Damp and timber in to a property I am selling as some damp was picked up on the survey, I had brand new carpets and floor coverings These guys completely protected the floors as well as doing a top job. They was in and out with no issues.very clean and tidy ,would highly recommend them

Thre way the job was carried out was amazing when one considers the foul weather the two men had to work in. They cleared up after thejob was finished and on checking the work found that the level of work was of the highest. We are completely satiified and gkad we chose their company for the job. I had a multitude of damp issues in my house which the team took care of for me. They were very professional throughout the job, tidied up after themselves and also worked very efficiently, finishing the job much sooner than I expected and minimising disruption for me. They are also very competitively priced so would definitely recommend.
