Excellent experience from start to finish described what I had in mine and was even better than what I imagined. Can't express enough how professional they were , clean tidy and took everything I wanted on board will defiantly use again and will recommend to anyone.

Large multilevel decking areas and steps
I had complex wooden steps and multi level decking that needed to be replaced. I needed the job to be of the highest standard as it’s the first thing you see when coming to my house. Mike Kenny and David are brothers and great lads and all worked very hard to give me what I wanted. They were on time , up front , funny ! / and were flexible to any changes I wanted on the hoof. They advised me well with the quality of wood (which can vary massively I learned). I am very pleased with the results. Will use MKD again.

Tiled my hallway.
Mike and his team turned up on the first day and taken the old flooring out keeping it tidy and at all time I was surprised as to how quick he completed the work. Have already book more work in with him.

Full redecoration of my kitchen.
Very pleased of the excellent job MKD Property Maintenance did for me mike and his worker were very polite and kept me updated on there progress which was refreshing. They turned at the times they said they would and worked very hard and left my kitchen spotless. I will be using them again in future when I need some painting don’t again.
