  Bathroom Refurbishment

  I used this trade to refurb a downstairs 7.5msq bathroom. Quoted 20 days at £240/day (£4800), but is very slow and unorganised taking 17.5 days to do only 30% of work at a cost of £4200 + materials. He was paid cash and refused to issue receipts. When asked for completion date was rude and did not tell me. He installed pipes and drainage that leaked, reduced the flow of water and installed faulty electrics and wanted to be paid extra to fix. I felt vulnerable and he was told to stop work, issued a legal notice and court proceedings after failing to make good or issue receipts.

  Bathroom leak

  Excellent and professional work carried out . Leak in the bathroom identified and repaired with a clean finish. I was kept informed throughout the job regarding the issues and how they would be rectified. Mariusz is very polite and professional and I would definitely use his services again.

  Bathroom fitting, tilling, plastering, electrical work, plumbing.Carpentry work and painting

  I have known Mario for ten years. He has done electrical work (lights, sockets, installed new electric garage doors) Painting, levelling floors, new locks, gutters ,shelves and new bathroom. I had him fit his amazing toilet and he gave me a discount. He is a multi skilled person and I didn't have to call on any other trade person because he can do it all. He knew exactly what needed to be done. If you need to have something done with really high standard - then call Mario. I am very pleased with his work

  Remodelling of bathroom.

  A very good renovation of my bathroom was carried out in October 2017 by Mario. A major improvement to what I had before, which was dull dated and uninviting. I consider his work a considerable upgrade and is still rock solid in 2024. A very skilful, professional work was carried out. I would definitely and highly recommend, an excellent service by Mario, he will not let you down! I give him a 10/10

  Various plumbing, carpentry and windows

  Mario is an excellent tradesman, multi skilled and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the building trade. He has completed plumbing, external and internal carpentry and more general work for us. All finished on time and to the highest standards. He is completely trustworthy and reliable and can work to an agreed budget. Highly recommended and we will have him back again.

  Painting and decorating, floor and wall tiling, changed sockets and switches.

  Had MK General Building work carry out painting and decorating, floor and wall tiling, sockets and switches changed and additional sockets installed, new bathroom sink put in, very professional job carried out, clean and tidy. MK Building Work also installed a ventilated toilet, working perfectly, nice smell coming from liquid storage and takes all smells away without feeling any draft. All work was carried out according to plumbing and electrical regulations, very pleased with all works undertaken and would highly recommend them.
