Michael was quick to respond and scheduled a visit to assess the work; his expertise and professionalism reassured me that the plumbing issues would be addressed efficiently and effectively. The job was more difficult than predicted, particularly when I changed my mind and added new ideas; Michael did not complain and just got on with it with a smile! His work is exceptional; he is personable, punctual and tidy and follows up to make sure everything is ok.I couldn't have been happier with the final result and thoroughly recommend M K Heating Solutions and will not use anybody else.
