TV aerial connections not working properly
Telephoned Mark for assistance with our TV aerial connections, removal of outside satellite dish and replacement of old multi-box in the loft. He arrived promptly and carried out the repairs most efficiently, as well as explaining what was necessary and how to use the improved TV service. Installation 75" TV on the wall.
This was the first time we used this firm our fitters name was Mark, very curtious, and very experienced in his field. Whilst he was here we got him to fit our cctv camera for the back of the house and as he was leaving I asked if he was able to fit my velux blind which needed doing for a couple of months. He has a very can do attitude if he was in a hurry to go on to his next job he never showed it once. This is why I rated him and the firm 10/10. Bay window drapes hung
Mark was really helpful coming over at short notice to hang some drapes for me before the weather got cold. I live in a very old cottage with a single glazed bay window in the kitchen/dining room. It gets extremely cold in the winter! Mark was meticulous at getting the heavy drapes fitting just right for me. He did not rush and was courteous and friendly throughout. Re hang 65" TV and tidy up wiring.
Mark attended as a sub-contractor for Aerial Services Scotland, a fact I was unaware of. He initially quoted £120 but when he hung the TV it was too close to the ceiling and when I told him to lower it he said that it would incur a further charge. He was clearly in a hurry and when I came to pay I was charged £298.80, and I supplied the materials! (I had friends coming for a rugby weekend the next day so had no option but to pay him.) Upgraded home CCTV system
Mark turned up promptly to review what needed doing and to provide a quote for the work. He turned up on time a couple of days later to undertake the work.
