Lady on the phone was helpful and rearranged times to suit us,they came and surveyed the loft,and gave us a really good quote,which we accepted. On the fitting day,they arrived on time,and worked very hard,they finished it on the next day. They cleaned up after themselves,and made a good job of our loft. Would recommend.

The experience and quality of work was done to my satisfaction. I was impressed by the owner who assured me that if I had any problems after installation just give him a call. Due to my fault I had to call him out about two yrs later. He was there that same day sorted the problem in minutes; no charge.

We had our loft insulated and boarded, we had foil fitted to the underside of the roof, and we had a new loft hatch and ladder installed. It was a great experience from start to finish. Ryan undertook a thorough survey and answered all my questions clearly, and then it was really easy to contact the office with additional queries before we committed. The communication was really quick and professional, as was setting up a fitting date. The team arrived on time, were very polite and did a great job without any complaints over two days. We now have a fantastic space that I can’t wait to use.

We got our loft boarded by MK Loft Boarding and they were brilliant. From the quote right to the end of the job they were professional, polite and really friendly. The price they quoted was great and the system they used for quoting is so good. Everyone we have dealt with throughout the process have been genuinely good people. 100% recommend.
