  Michael came out to do the necessary checks for our landlord's EIRC Certificate. He arrived on time and from the first look around to get the general picture, it was obvious he knew his trade. Polite and friendly at all times, he emailed the detailed certificate soon after the job was finished. Very trustworthy and would always recommend.

  Excellent work, professionally handled.

  Michael corrected the work on a cooker circuit that was unsuitable for a new 32A oven install and also replaced the lighting in a shower room. The quality of work was excellent, and Michael's professional and friendly approach made him a pleasure to deal with. His skill and experience was clear in assessing the issue, in his advice and in the end result. Couldn't be happier, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Professional and reliable

  Michael was very responsive from the start and throughout the process. I needed an EICR and he was very detailed in what it would entail, how long it would take and what would be included. He was extremely professional throughout and provided a certificate very quickly post inspection. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing his help!
