New roof, soffits, fascias and downpipes
Martin himself I really got on with, unfortunately to quality of work carried out by him and his team was totally unacceptable and failed in so many areas. This job was for a new roof and I have had to get all of their work taken off and don't again. I'd already paid as well and have started legal action to reclaim as much money as I can. I think he has many jobs that have gone wrong. I have since had a new company do my roof who have completed the work to a far far higher standard. MKL's work was so poor its embarrassing.

Cladding on front and rear of house.
The work was of a good standard and I thought a reasonable price. However a small area at the rear had not been completed as Martin had not brought enough cladding boards. He said he'd get the extra 1 board and come and do it soon as he could and it would only take half an hour. 1 month later I contacted him and he said he thought someone had been and done it. Over 2 months since the work should have been done I'm still waiting for this short job to be done. Martin has promised on 4 occasions to come and see me and not turned up, text messages saying he will phone me and has not

Leaky guttering
EXCELLENT. Came round when he said he would, checked it and just moved the guttering slightly to resolve the problem. Fixed the problem in minutes. Thank you.
