We had a written agreement covering the scope of works that would begin Saturday 26/09/2020 - this person acted professionally in the lead up to reaching agreement. However, in the days preceding the appointment day, Mustafa's phone number answers "number not recognised" and he did not respond to e-mails and he do not turn up as promised/agreed and did not make contact all at all to say he would not be able to attend; there was no contact or notification whatsoever.

I called this trader to do some work in the garden. He came and view the work and we agreed about everything including payment. I bought the materials he requested and we agreed on Saturday, 5th of September at 08.30. I waited for him on time but he never showed up. I sent him messages and called him but no reply. He could have called or left a message saying he could not come but he did not. I found this totally irresponsible and a waste of time.

Really fantastic work! We had a incredibly over ran garden, and he came in did a great job, was very polite and all for a great price. Couldn’t have asked for more! Would recommend him to any friends

Mustafa I s an excellent and skilled gardener and designer. Excellent at pruning and reshaping shrubs and trees. He is very hard working, professional, trustworthy and conscientious. He is a very good garden designer, able to show his plans and ideas in a professional way and Is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of gardening and plants. He is a very pleasant and likeable person. I would highly recommend him.
