This was the first time a gas engineer done a full strip down and clean of my boiler since moving into my property 10 years ago. Usually I get told that my boiler is too old and they hover around the sides and that's it (always pushing me to buy a new boiler). This engineer was very tidy, polite and knowledgeable.
