  MK Roofing were able to fit this small job in at short notice. They kept appointments, did a good job, and worked a Saturday morning to complete on their schedule. Just a few bits of felt left around, so I gave 9 for tidyness.

  William was very professional and explained fully the repairs required to our double garage. The quote was reasonable and the work carried out to a high standard, the roof was replaced along with the boards underneath and all the facias and guttering. I would highly recommend their services.

• Leak in roof

  We had a leak behind the chimney stack. William took the time to assess the problem properly by looking at the roof from both outside and inside, and suggested two possible solutions, rebuilding the chimney stack entirely or repairing it and reflashing. We chose the second option. Work all seems to be satisfactory. 'Before and after' photographs were supplied to show what work had been done. Communications were good and William kept me updated with progress on Whatsapp. Would use him again.

• Fixing roof issues

  We have recently moved in and needed our roof looked at for repairs. William arrived and with detail explained what was needed and also thankfully noticed numerous other issues that were missed off our homebuyers report. We are very grateful that due to a cancellation they could complete the work sooner rather than later. The chaps who did the work were conscientious, very tidy and super competent in what they were doing. I have already recommended them to a friend and will recommend to anyone who I know.
